Yeah God. Thanks. Pinkie fingers are so overated. If you really think about it, you don't really use them for much anyway unless you want to pinkie shake someone. Pinkie shakes don't unless hold up very well in court anyway so they are pretty useless too. If Clay ever feel the need to enter into a non-binding agreement with anyone, he can always use his right pinkie. I bet Clay and all of you are back home within 3 more months. I still bet at 3 months out, it is good. I'm glad they were able to salvage as much as they could of his little fingers. His choice of songs, I agree, was phenomenal, and it reflects his fine teaching he has received from his believing parents. Chance and DeeDee, you have prepared him well to walk through this trauma holding God's hand. And I know it has helped Carson and Cody to go through the "valley" with him as well. I am thankful for all the understanding of God you have given him. This little darling "knows" God...not just who He is. God is his personal acquaintance and friend. This is so very obvious. I love you and I'm glad things went as well as they did. God bless all of you. I'd like to wrap your whole family of five Fiters up in a warm fuzzy blanket together and just rock all of you in peace and calm. Thank you so much for telling us about how things have gone today! My husband "only" needed a 4"x1" (approx) graft but even with that he said if he had known it would hurt that much he wouldn't have had it done. Poor little Clay. That gives me a little insight as to what he is going through. What a little man! I was thinking if it was really great news that you would post early, so I was hopeful. Then when there wasn't an early one, I got worried. I was trying to figure out how I could ever find words to encourage you. Then I get on here and you are the ones encouraging me! How precious that during all of this God uses Clay to encourage all of us with his song choice! I do think God has some REALLY BIG plans for our little Clayball!
